Customer wants to return the order

If the customer wants to return the order, they must send it to you. ThePrintSpace will not offer refunds on orders returned that are not damaged or faulty.

The order is damaged or faulty

If a customer complains that an order is damaged or faulty, please instruct them to return it to ThePrintSpace who will send a replacement.

An order has not arrived

Firstly, check when you recieved the dispatch notice, and ensure that the maximum delivery time has expired.

Next, check the tracking code you recieved when the order was dispatched.

Finally, contact ThePrintSpace, and a replacement will be sent.
